01Which stores can I order from?
Every store within 5 km of your address that is open now. Stores within 3 km deliver free.
02Can I order from two stores at once?
One order is from one store, so each store can pack and send it quickly. You can place a second order from another store right after.
03How do I find a product if I don't know its English name?
Type it the way you say it — dhaniya, adrak, pyaz, chawal, payal, khad — even with a spelling slip. Search understands Hindi and English names.
04How do I pay?
Cash on delivery to the rider. Wallet credit from referrals is applied automatically.
05What is the delivery code?
A 4-digit code on your order. Tell it to the rider only when you have your items — it confirms you received them.
06How do I sell my store's products on Niskufy?
Open Sell on Niskufy (in your account or the website footer), register your store with its location, photos, Aadhaar, PAN and bank details, and pick your products from our catalogue. Niskufy keeps ₹20 per delivered order, plus the rider's charge when our rider delivers.
07How do referral rewards work?
Share your code. When your friend's first order is delivered, you both get ₹50 in your wallet.
